Our Terms, Your Rights on 4444c
Before you open your account, we want you to understand exactly where we stand legally and what that means for you in Pakistan. These pages set out how...
How Our Legal Position Works for You
4444c operates under a licensing framework that governs how accounts are opened, maintained, and closed. Access to our platform is available where local law permits, and we are clear about which regions are supported. When you fund your account via JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, or Raast, each transaction falls under the terms of that payment method's provider as well as our own account
agreement. Any dispute about a transaction is handled first through our support team, then through the formal dispute path set out in our terms. We do not change our terms retroactively; any revision carries a notice period, and we communicate changes to your registered contact before they take effect. Your continued use of the account after that notice period constitutes acceptance of
the revised terms.
Service availability is jurisdiction-dependent. Users are responsible for checking local law before access.
Why Our Policy Pages Hold Up to Scrutiny
We built our legal section to be readable by an actual account holder, not just a lawyer. Each article is reviewed when the underlying rules change, and our team flags outdated language...
Plain-Language Drafting
Every policy clause is written in plain Pakistani English so you can read it without a law degree. We avoid legal boilerplate where a direct sentence does the same job with less confusion for you.
Regular Review Cycle
Our compliance team checks every policy page on a fixed schedule and after any regulatory update. Pages carry a last-reviewed date so you can see immediately whether the text reflects current conditions.
Jurisdiction Clarity
We state explicitly which regions are supported and where access is restricted. We do not leave this ambiguous, because unclear access terms are the single most common source of account disputes we see.
Dispute Transparency
Our dispute steps are numbered, time-bound, and public. You know exactly how long each stage takes, what evidence we need, and what outcome to expect — no hidden process, no indefinite review windows.
Payment Policy Alignment
The terms covering JazzCash, Easypaisa, SadaPay, and Raast transactions are written in coordination with each provider's own rules, so there is no conflict between what we say and what your payment app says.
Account Security Standards
Our data-handling and account-security terms are written to match the actual technical controls we run: two-factor authentication requirements, session-timeout rules, and how we handle a compromised account report.
How This Page Fits Our Wider Legal Structure
Our legal section is a connected set of documents, not isolated pages. Each one links to the others so you can move between your account terms, privacy notice...
What Shapes Our Legal Section Design
We designed our policy section so the most relevant clause is never more than two clicks away. The structure follows how an account holder actually moves...
Linked Clause Index
Every policy page opens with a clickable index of its sections. You can jump directly to the clause you need rather than scrolling the full document, which keeps the reading experience practical rather than exhausting.
Version History
Each document carries a version log showing what changed and when. If a term was different when you opened your account, you can check the archived version to see what applied at that time.
Search Within Policy
Our built-in search covers all policy pages together. Type a keyword — such as 'withdrawal' or 'account closure' — and the results show you every clause across every document where that condition appears.
Mobile-Readable Format
Policy pages reflow cleanly on every screen size. Long clauses are broken into scannable paragraphs so you can read the terms on your phone without pinching and zooming through dense blocks of text.
Printable Archive
Each policy page has a print-to-PDF option that captures the version you are reading, including the last-reviewed date. Keep a copy for your own records if you want a snapshot of the terms at account opening.
Inline Definitions
Technical or legal terms are underlined on first use and linked to a short plain-English definition. You do not need to open a separate glossary page; the meaning appears in a tooltip exactly where you need it.
